I also have the same problem (same result, i.e.MapiExceptionPropsDontMatch,both in OWA and Outlook safe mode) using Exchange 2007; there was no problem with E2k3, prior to migration. I have tried both OL2003 and OL2007 with no success. My specific problem only occurs when trying to forward a "bad" or old email with an attachment. Remove the attachments, and there's no problem. Save the attachment to C:, remove it, and then re-attach, likewise, no problem. Delving Deeply into the MAPI properties (using OutlookSpy) for the attachment (IAttach) on two otherwise identical emails, one of which can be forwarded, the other giving rise to the problem, the only material differences I can see are in the PR_ENTRYID, PR_INSTANCE_KEY and PR_PARENT_ENTRYID properties -all these properties exist for attachment contained in the "bad" email, but are absent for teh corresponding attachment in the "good" email. Also, there is a very slight difference in thePR_RECORD_KEY property. Also, from the AttachmentTable MAPI properties (again from OutlookSpy), the only difference is again in the PR_RECORD_KEY property (the difference here is the same as that mentioned above); Exchange 2007 Message Tracking Tool doesn't seem to be much use because it merely shows the submission of the "bad" emails, and subsequent generation of NDRs (as posted above). It does seem that this problem is highly specific, so any help GREATLY appreciated. (Just as an aside, it seems Avaya solved the same problem by means of a pre-upgrade patch...I wonder what this did !)
